Our goal with Hush Fields was never to just sell plots. Even though Hush Fields is not a villa project, we chose to approach it like we were designing all the common areas of a high-end villa community. We kept plot sizes large, we planned detailed road infrastructure and carefully placed the parks and clubhouse amenities.

Unlike most plotted developments that are located outside the city limits, Hush Fields is uniquely located, offering a serene environment just moments away from city conveniences like shopping, schools, and work spaces.

Our team and CNT Architects collaboratively treated Hush Fields like a design project, prioritizing community and joy. Attention was meticulously given to the entrance, streetscape, and landscape, introducing features like a cobblestone driveway, paved streets, five distinct pocket parks and a clubhouse.

While most plotted developments simply divide the land into plots with basic amenities, We envisioned Hush Fields differently. Our team approached Hush Fields as if we were designing the common areas of a high-end villa community.

The clubhouse at Hush Fields is strategically positioned at the eastern end of the series of pocket parks, Its aesthetic seamlessly combines functionality with luxury, residents have a visually appealing space for leisure and social activities.

The streetscape at Hush Fields is meticulously designed to prioritize both aesthetics and functionality. The street width comfortably accommodates two cars and pedestrian footpaths, with a tastefully paved and patterned driveable surface that steers clear of mundane blacktop asphalt. Avenue plantings line the street, adding privacy and charm, while below-ground, all essential utilities are carefully planned, ensuring a harmonious and practical living environment.
