    While designing these holiday homes and all the built structures on the property, we focused on stimulating your senses – you walk on natural stone flooring, the brick walls with mud plastering will help in regulating the temperature. There are ample indoor and outdoor spaces for you to be one with the trees and even hear the birds chirping.

      Building in the hills comes with its own set of challenges. Transporting materials and labor to a hilly location is expensive. Moreover, such locations often face extreme weather conditions, leading to delays and increased construction costs. We can't simply cut costs and compromise on quality. As a customer, we don't want to expose you to these financial challenges.
      First, we make you a landlord.
      You buy a plot with us, In the hills. This plot is registered on your name. Plot sizes range from 3,500 to 6,500 sq ft.
      Second, your Holiday Home pays for itself.
      We sign a lease agreement with construction rights and a 2+12 year rental agreement for your plot. We pay you a monthly rent.
      We have designed and built a holiday home that most of you can buy today.
